Insulation Ready

All rough inspections have passed and the LEED Green Rater completed their inspections. At this stage, in addition to the inspector’s checks, we always conduct a blower door test and a duct pressure test. These tests check for leaks before we begin closing things up. While there were a few minor leaks to the outside to address, we still passed with 0.59 ACH50 (Air Changes per Hour)!
